He graduated from Jilin University in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in electronic materials and components.

In 2007, he graduated from Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

After graduation, he worked as a patent agent in Shanghai Branch of Beijing Jijia Law Firm. In November 2007, he joined Shanghai Yisheng Patent and Trademark Office to work as a patent agent. He obtained the qualification of patent agent in 2009 and the qualification of external auditor of intellectual property management system in 2015.

His working experience includes application team management, process team management and coordination of patent and trademark agents, as well as patent transaction and license agents. He is especially good at writing patent application documents, answering examination opinions and handling patent reexamination in the field of electronic information, and has participated in intellectual property disputes and license negotiations between Chinese and foreign enterprises for many times.
